The public trends sheet is open to read. A free account — which unlocks the working tools — can be created by anyone, by signing in with Roblox, Google, or an emailed sign-in link. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to hold an account. Access is personal to you and may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.

You authenticate through Roblox, Google, or a passwordless email link, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your email and linked provider accounts secure. Do not share your access or attempt to sign in as another user. Notify us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

You agree not to:

— scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
— resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the data or analysis without our written permission;
— probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication measures;
— interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via excessive automated requests;
— use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party.

The Service aggregates and analyzes publicly available information about Roblox experiences, discovery charts, and creators. It is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, business, or professional advice, and we make no representation that any metric, ranking, or projection is accurate, complete, or predictive. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

The Service, including its design, code, compiled datasets, and original analysis, is owned by rblx.maven and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own internal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service references data and trademarks belonging to third parties, including Roblox Corporation and creators on platforms such as YouTube. rblx.maven is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any creator. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will be refreshed on any particular schedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rblx.maven and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request that we remove your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
